I can't address those specific vendors as I am not familiar with them. My
best friend is a CPA and has a Masters Degree in Taxation. He says that the
most of these guys end of paying no taxes is by
going to jail. They are still liable for the taxes they owe, but at 11 cents
per hour in prison, you don't rack up a very big tax bite. You maybe familiar
with the famous quote by Oliver Wendell Holmes,
who to paraphrase said that you have the right to avoid taxes but to evade
taxes is a crime.

Regardless of whether the current Income Tax law is Constitutional or not,
the US Gov. can't afford to do anything but enforce it. When it comes down to
a choice between principles such as the Constitution and "get the principle"
such as money, most choose money. I learned this the hard way trading S&Ps in
the early 80s. When there was a small error on the part that was my broker's,
they would eat it without too much complaining. If the amount of money got
serious, they would try to weasel out of it. I have seen this many times. Most
people's integrity is tied to their financial pain threshold. t's a shame,
but that is human nature.

Taxingly,

Norman
