[RT] Historical NYSE & NASDAQ daily breadth data needed

I am in the process of consolidating my daily breadth data from Eagle
and Pinnacle into a new database and find I have a hole between
01Jan1997 and 01Mar1998. Apparently, I deleted data for this period by
mistake. The easiest way to fill this in would be from Pinnacle IDX
files B1_Idx and B2_Idx with a starting date no later than 01Jan1997
which is current through 01Mar1998 or later, however I could fill it in
from any ascii file. The data I am seeking includes:

NYSE Issues traded: Total, Advanced, Declined, New Highs, New Lows
NYSE Volume traded: Total, Advanced, Declined
NASDAQ Issues traded: Total, Advanced, Declined, New Highs, New Lows
NASDAQ Volume traded: Total, Advanced, Declined

If anyone can assist, I would appreciate it.
