Have him click the Ignore Trade Volume checkbox for the symbol in the DS
portfolio. That will fix it. This is documented in the help file.

A friend just installed PS2000i with Dynastore and Quote.com. He gets
almost
a perpetual hourglass as the computer tries to process data. He has a
233mhz
Pentium 1 with 128 ram and service pack 4c. How does he get rid of the
hourglass which interferes with collecting data and slows all
processing?
Are others experiencing this problem?
The only symbol he collects is the emini (ES) although he has 4
Paintbars, 4
Showme's and 5 indicators on the workspace. Thanks for your help.
