Hello Dan,..

Am forwarding the paper in next e-mail.
Regarding funds,...I am fairly light footed,..and typically I
move 3-4 times per week,...rarely holding positions
for more than a day or two,...always one of three places,
all mutual funds: Money Market, S&P500, International (EAFE)

I don't really have favorites,..rather just use what I have available, in
accounts
I am trading at any given time. Tax defered accts tend to be less restrictive
when it comes to frequent exchanges than taxable type accounts,...
In a variable annuity I trade,..I have STISX, CUIEX, TWIEX, FOSFX,
and several others I use,...mostly International Growth type funds loaded
with Telecomm,..Tech and Media shares,..so they move well. In another
account
I have AEPGX which outside the 401-k would be a load fund. I just got bumped
from ( meaning kicked out of) Fremont Funds for excessive exchanges
of their FIGFX which was not a dynamic EAFE fund anyhow,...(this happens
excessively...ha.) and am moving to new fund family today. My focus is on
finding good International Growth funds that track well with, or outperform
the
Europe, Australia, Far East (EAFE, per Morgan Stanley's) index.

Simply there are very many that meet this requirement,...just pull up a chart
of some of the funds mentioned above and you'll see the pattern,...any
"Growth Type" International fund that moves would be a good vehicle.

There are times to scale back from this methodology though,..
a key example was Fall of 1998 when overseas markets were leading the US
markets lower,..etc. Thanks again for your note,...and sorry this is
brief,..busy
morning.
