In Win95 TweakDun is very useful for stting packet size, etc., but
Win98 has most of those features .
What I find very useful in TweakDun is the ability to update all the
DNS's of the URL's in your favorites. I run it (two minutes every
week) and find that about 10% have changed their address every
week! This speeds up accessing many pages.
