[RT] Pivot date and likely low 02-23 ?

Note the focus on 02-23 as a likely date of importance.
My work also focuses on 02-23 as it is a 17 mkt day pivot
in a key series,...previous pivot low 01-28 ,...was 17 mkt days
from key low pivot on 01-04.  So the 02-23 potential energy 
point date is something to keep in mind.  My bias is to expect 
upside into end of week,...(Thurs 02-17?) to be followed by 
weakness into 02-24.  Just my opinion.
