The solutions to Nature's Pulse Y2K problems, is NOT the data, neither to
buy another software from another company,............. Nature's Pulse is a
Great sofware (I just remember it's regular price was 1595 $US, oct.
98)...it is Unique among all others, SINCE it's forecast turning points IN
ADVANCE, plus scanning capability; AutoMode, AutoScan, .....the solution to
such a great tool, and I'm sure most N.P. users agree with this, IS SIMPLY A
FIX (patch).
Another SOLUTION COULD be TO INTEGRATE IT (with it's bug fixed) INTEGRALLY
as an additional Powerfull tool to the "new baby" PatternSmasher.....
I still hope the maker of Nature's Pulse will reconsiderate his
position...to help us, ALL Nature's Pulse users. Thank's in advance for your
collaboration.
Yours,
M.G.Major

Hi,
I have an automated solution for these y2k crippled programs. If you are
currently using Metastock EOD data, have your data stored in some sort of
directory structure, collect and update your data automatically then email
me privately.
If there's enough interest I will also provide an ASCII version that updates
automatically.
I assure you there is an easy and elegant solution.
>From what I know of Nature Pulse from articles written in the past and
Bryce
Gilmore's WaveTrader although both deals with dynamical cycles there is no
accordion like features in Wavetrader and I won't be surprise if you get
different results!!! So consider carefully unless there is a 100%
unconditional refund policy just in case there are those that are interested
to check it out anyway.

Nature's Pulse users may like to consider Bryce Gilmore's WaveTrader, which
has a very similar philosophy, but more sophisticated tools ie beyond Fib.
If enough NP users get together I will try to twist Bryce's arms to get a
better deal for the group. See www.wavetrader.com and contact me directly.

Hi,
I agree with your suggestion. I has contacted Ed Kasanjian and he made a
very nice offer for me to upgrade to PS, which I intend to avail of. However
bottomline is that NP users, atleast those for whom it works well as it does
for me, miss it very solely.
Even if it entails a small financial outlay, one would not grudge that for
what is essentially a superb product. I hope Ed will do something about this
at the earliest possible. If not that then I hope he would provide us with
the means to have the requisite changes made ourselves, whichever he finds
appropriate.

Update on Y2K related problems of Nature's Pulse:
Using a weekly graph, the last bar stay BLOCKED on 01/01/00 ?
On daily graph, the days are shifted 1 day forward: example: 01/03/00
appears as Tuesday (but this is in realty a monday), also today 2/2/00
appears Thursday (instead of Wednesday).
I hope Kasanjian Research will make a fix for ALL customers-users of N.P, as
others software makers do about this Y2K issue.
I use Nature's Pulse on a Y2K certified new computer, JOINTLY with PATTERN
SMASHER. Using both together IS JUST GREAT !....that's WHY I want to
continue to do that. N.P. WORKS! I'm sure this BIG problem for me, COULD BE
SOLVE with an EASY FIX from Kasanjian Research.
Thank's for your collaboration,
M.G.M
