For the past year or so, the ONLY data I received on BMI (besides their
indeces) was CBOT realtime --- no other exchanges, no delayed data, no
news, no anything else. After that, there wasn't anything else to
eliminate and still get tradeable quotes (in my case, for DJ and US).
