BMI cable Philadelphia area.....according to Atomic clock time and
time-change at top of my TS chart:
This a.m.: 5-10 seconds behind
Mid-Morning: 20 sec. delay
2:17 p.m. NYT: 34 sec. delay......getting VERY unreliable indeed....
