Hate to chime in so late but Bloomberg has been having some serious issues
for the last two months. They claim it is not bandwidth or server problems,
but the DDE feed into an excel spread sheet has been freezing up for
anywhere from 5 seconds to 2 hours. Probably not the best way to get real
time quotes, but when it is real time, it works great.
I am in the process of switching over to Reuters using Kobra. So far it
looks great. Faster and more accurate. Any comments?
