Robert, from Omega documentation for version 4:
The manual does not accurately describe how many workspaces you can have open at
one time. The factors that affect how many workspaces you can have open at one
time are as follows:
a) Number of trading systems, indicators, ShowMe studies, and PaintBar
studies applied to your
charts (as well as the complexity of the calculations used in these
analysis techniques).
b) Number of bars of data plotted in a chart.
c) Number of charts in a workspace.
d) Number of drawing objects in a chart (i.e., trendlines)
e) Number of other products you are running (both Omega Research and
non-Omega
Research)
The fewer of the above items you have, the more workspaces you will be able to
have open simultaneously.
Regards,
Bill Vedder
