[RT] TS2Ki Svc Pk 4

Can't seem to get rid of the 12/24 holiday period in the charts after
installing Service pack 4.  Friday 12/24  is listed in the server holiday
list, and there is no data for 12/24, but the blank space still appears.
Ideas?
