I held onto my LeoWeb account, although I have quit using it from time to
time, as well as trying other systems/brokers. Generally, LeoWeb has
improved a great deal in both reliability and in features - especially
messaging. Many of the reliability issues were due to CUBS/TOPS and those
have declined considerably - I recorded 5 in past six months. LeoWeb itself
has had some recent intermittent ISP problems.
