Earl: few years ago I used Leoweb for S & P and it was an expensive joke due
to down time etc.

PMBe has been good until lately and if they donot get back to being good I
will be looking for another system.  Has Leoweb got their act together.  I
liked their ording form better than PMBe. But since I left LEOWEB until
recently PMBe was reliable.

Is LeoWeb reliable now.
