First make sure both cards can do multiple monitors, second, make sure you
have the latest drivers.

Now, start up your system in safe mode and delete your vidio drivers. 
Reboot.  Windows should recognize your vidio cards and load the drivers or
ask you for the disk.  After the drivers are re-loaded it should work. 
However, if you are using a network card you may have memory conflics.
