I used them for over two years.  I found tech support to be okay, if you
call 30 min before they close and are still on hold when they close you will
be disconnected.  So call earlier in the day or wait till morning, this
happend several times to me.  When i had a problem with the sat receiver
they did send one out next day air.  I had a problem when i canceled, they
still call me about every 45 days and ask for $1500.  We look at the record
and after 15-30 min of talking they say that we are all set.  But i still
continue to get bills and phonecalls, now we know why they are alomost near
chpt 11.  Other than this bad experience they were good
