The high for S&P cash, S&P futures, Dow Jones Industrial cash, and Dow Jones
futures, were all put in on July 19. Mike is right -- 55 calendar days
later is 9/12/99, not 9/9/99.
It's interesting to note that the other two Dow Jones Index highs were put
in much earlier -- the Dow Jones Transportation Index high was made on May
12, and the Dow Jones Utility Index high was made on June 16.
