I use MyTrack data feed through a standard telephone line (44,000 bps)with
Investor RT software for S&P daytrading. I compare speed while on the phone
with friends who use BMI/tradestation through a cable modem I am up to 5
seconds ahead of them.
MyTrack is much cheaper.
