Question on data compatibility

I have recently acquired a laptop computer, and will
be carrying it + a copy of TradeStation with me for
a 2 week trip to take my position trading "on the road".
I have synchronized my data between my desktop
and the laptop, doing daily copy-out's and paste-in's.
But, once I am away from my BMI feed, I am going
to have to adopt a different methodology.

Because I only follow a few futures, it seemed that
I could log onto the quotedata.com website after
the close, transcribe the H-L-O-C, and enter these
into the "edit daily data" screen under "Portfolio"
in the Server.

But, upon doing a few checks, I have found that BMI
and quotedata.com have quite a few discrepancies,
Any insights from the collective wisdom of the List
here? Are there other web sites that might be more
accurate than quotedata.com? (Of course, that
assumes that BMI is right, and the free data is
wrong - and, I have no idea whether or not that is
true).

Thanks

ps - yes, the real solution will be for me to spend
$29.95 a month, to sign up for CSI, or TT, or some
other dial-up data service. I am evaluating these
at present, but have not yet made a decision.
Several of you have provided some helpful
recommendations, as well as things to watch
out for.
