I have followed this thread on astro for a while and said nothing.
At this point I feel that a reply is called for. Norman has contributed
to this forum on many occasions. Some times he was right and other
times he was right, but a little off on the timing. I don't recall
him being really wrong.
Here is someone, who once again, says give me something for nothing.
Everything about astro is out there. Norman found something that works
for him and thought that someone else might benefit by it and put his thoughts
out there. If you are that anxious to prove or disprove the theory,
go out there, do YOUR homework and come back
and disprove what he has to say. If you want to learn about it, contact
Norman or someone else that teaches it. I don't use astro
because it doesn't suit my trading style. I spent a year developing
a system that works for me and I won't give that away either. If you want
a short cut pay for it. If you want to do it on your own, you will
pay an awful lot more and maybe never succeed. If you are just out
there to badger people I am sure that Mr. Duffey will enlist you on his
team.

Nuff said. Ira.

> RTs,

skeptics
> set a higher standard for Astrology than they do for any other form
of

based
> on some oscillator or moving average, you don't see the entire RT
list
> jump all over them asking for extensive statistics and causation
proving
> that it works. If they do mention that it works 70% of the time,
people
> are crawling thru their computer monitors to try to get the formulae
for
> the new found holly grail. Now, I am apparently expected to give
> definitive scientific proof and causation for Astrology and the markets.
> This is a double standard applied by the skeptics. It is does not

I

That kind of drawdown should scare most people away - rightfully so.
