I have computed his actual record from 4/30/97 to
6/11/99. If you took every  one of his signals you
would be up 8.6%.

If you bought 100% on the same date at S&P cash of 801 
you would be up 61%

It looks like he is as good contrary indicator.  I rest
my case.
Since he is 100%  cash, look for a place to buy.
