Dear Sirs:

Well, to hear those in the know down at the S&P options pit at the
CME, Niederhoffer continued to sell put options as the market was plummeting
that very day back in 1997... now that's risk management ... I wonder if
that strategy was picked up during his days at Harvard and the University
of Chicago - "get a hunch, bet a bunch."

If you've read his book, and (from what I've heard) if you've ever met
the guy, you'd realize he is the most self-involved, stuck-up a**hole you'll
run across. This final act in the Niederhoffer saga is in good form.

Good riddance.

Anyone read in the paper that
Victor Niederhoffer is suing the CME for $100 million because he alleges
that the Merc mispriced options? What a joke! The guy wrote
a ton of S&P puts just before the selloff last fall and now wants to
blame someone else for the mishap! His track record apparently had
been great before this but he blew up on Oct. 27 when the Dow sunk by 554
points. Give me a break. Everything I read or hear is

Apparently its not the case here.
