<<<I would like to address the underlying issue as it applies to this
Forum, as I understand it. The objection to Astrology is that it does
not belong in this forum.>>>
"The old division of the universe into an objective development in Space
and Time on the one hand, and a spirit which reflects this development
on the other, is no longer a suitable point of departure for anyone who
wishes to understand modern natural sciences. It is above all the
systematic study of relations between man and nature which is the
central aim of science." (Heisneberg. The Nature of Contemproary
Physics.) [1]
"Biologists are aware that the earth is not a central, self-contained
unit, and astronomers are aware that the skies can affect our lives.
But does there remain a common denominator which might help us to
connect the evolution of the universe with the life of man?" (M
Gauquilin, Scientific Basis of Astrology). [2]
"Earth turns on its polar axis every 24 hrs, and this is called the
diurnal motion." [2] In human medicine, this is called chronobiology.
The body is largely water. We all know that the celestial bodies
influence the seas in the form of tides. It is largely untested how the
celestial bodies influence our own body water system during the
chronobiologic cycles.
"No one should regard it as impossible that, from the follies and
blasphamies of astrologers, there should emerge a sound and useful body
of knowledge, and that from mud and dirt there should come oysters,
mussels, eels, good food; that from a heap of unclean worms there
should emerge a silkworm, that finally, in a stinking dung-heap, a
hard-working hen may find a grain of corn, indeed a pearl or nugget of
gold, if it searches and scratches long enough." (Kepler. Tertius
Interventiens).
"The concentration of positive and negative ions in the air we breath
depends on the weather situation, and in the last analysis, on solar
activity....The internal magnetic field fluctuates in accordance with
the positions of the sun and moon relative to earth." [2]
"Not all cosmic effects on earth come from the sun and the moon. There
remains in the universe a huge field of influences which have yet to be
explored." [2]
Enrico Fermi noted that the Milky Way is like a vast cyclotron, which
can speed particles floating in space to a near light speed, creating
cosmic rays. "In our galaxy, there are fields of force which the earth
intersects as it moves along in its spiral course relative the the
constellation Hercules". [2]
Piccardi's discovered in 1930 that the blocking of the "ceaslessly
fluctuating variations in the behavior of activated water depended in
some way on our envirnment of space." The earth's movement through the
universe is the cause of the annual variations in Piccardi's tests,
according to Gauquelin. [2].
The discovery of the Takata reaction in 1938, confirmed extraterrestial
influences were related to changes in aggregation or flocculation of
serum albumen. These effects were proven by solar eclipses and mine
shaft experiments.
Bortels in 1954 discovered that magnetic and atmospheric influences on
water change its physical characteristics such as it's freezing point.
"Colloids do vary with magnetic and weather conditions." Annual and
complex variations have been noted in these influences.
"Subtle changes in the intensity of the geomagnetic field can affect the
nervous system by altering the linving body's own eletromagnetic
field." (Becker, Newsweek, 5/63)
"So space and cosmic forces can affect us through the intermediary of
water....Water is also the liquid of life....Water becomes particularly
unstable and easily influenced at a temp of 81-108 degrees F.
Therefore, the structure of water must react with particular readiness
to the promptings of the surrounding space at body temperature, even
more than in a test tube." [2]
Piccardi stated: "Man is linked to his environment with bonds which
escape his immediate apprehension, if not his awareness. Only by
understanding the mechanism which connects him to the earth and the sky
will man be able to understand better his physical and psychic position
in the universe today. In the context of the universe as it is, man
will find his natural role." [2]
