D-Mark. From a trading standpoint what is its relationship to the
Euro? How long will it (and currencies of other Euro participants)
continue to be traded? Volume and Open Interest are down. All
discussions I see regarding currencies seem to focus on the Euro, the Yen, and
others, but rarely even mention the D-Mark.</FONT></DIV>

The D-Mark is fixed to the Euro. While the exchange may keep the futures
active a while longer, it will eventually disappear and be replaced by
the Euro. See http://www.cme.com for the euro resource center. There is
a link there to the ECB (European Central Bank) too there which expalins
more.
