Internet Data Feed/TS4.0 & 2000i

I would like some info on internet data feeds for use with TS 4.0, and
to a lesser degree of importance, ts2000i. What data fees are
available, and at what speeds?  What type of interface card  is
necessary?
any comments on reliability?  

is there any difference between TS 4.0 and ts2000i concerning
connections and speeds.
