Norman:
I'm not a TA expert and I can't quibble about systems, or about the people
that quibble about people who quibble about systems.
Since you raise the question, I'll offer some comments on ERRI.
Obviously, this is all IMO, and it seems I'm supposed to tell you to do your
own DD.
IMO, this story is young, well beyond infancy, but young. As far as
trading, I think we have seen the first impulse, and now, the reaction. I
think the story has legs, and that another round of accumulation has begun.
Aggressive new management have bought a large highly rated established
classic cars web-site, and internet publishing company. 1.5 million hits
per month and growing, many return and loyal viewers. The viewership has
highly desirable demographics, older men with disposable incomes. This is
good real estate on the net.
Established advertising revenue. The company is already profitable (when
was the last time you saw a new or old dot com that could say that?)
3,000,000 shares recently retired from a deal gone south (that took a major
effort and shows responsibility to shareholders). 8,000,000 shares out,
most tightly held.
New dot.com company name very soon. Major financial backers. Excellent
BoD.
New management will need time to redevelop the site. There are plans to
grow the hits per month, and integrate new modes of commercial interaction.
I have heard that some major auto companies and growth/net funds are
interested in participating.
This is a rare find in may experience - a new dot.com that is already
profitable. There's a lot of room for growth. Once developed, it's a good
buy-out candidate. I will buy and hold on dips. IMO, small risk, high
upside. This one may require patience, but I've been well rewarded recently
for my patience on a few similar projects, so I'm okay to wait..
I'll go to the AGM in Vancouver, B.C. on May 6.
