Brent - THis is a cash cow for the exchanged and they ain;t gonna change
it. You have to pay the real time fee in fact for every screen that you
get realtime data on, even if it is from the same exchange. So, if you
pay for data from DTN and BMI, you need to pay the CBOT twice if you
want the data live from both data feeds!
