Gen: Question about using options in day trading.

Hi, I was thinking about day trading again and it came to me that there
should be a way to use options to take some of the sweat and pain out of day
trading. Have any of you got any ideas about how that should/could be done?
Maybe someting along the line of how Ben said to use an option to hedge the
Spooz.
