Let me throw in my 2 cents. Similarly, I coded up many of his indicators
especially Sequential three years ago. Traded them for almost a year. Lost
money! Picking tops and bottoms is a profitless waste of time. Stay with the
trend.

About two years ago I spent *weeks* coding DeMark's TD Combo and TD
Sequential. When I got it all done, I was amazed to see that it picked certain
turning points with uncanny accuracy. Even more amazing was how many
more turning points it failed to pick with uncanny inaccuracy. What a crock.
I also coded many of the other indicators from his book *New Market Timing
Techniques.* My testing results, despite my unbridled optimism, were similarly
unimpressive.

I think the best lesson DeMark has to offer is that reading his books and
wading through his complex and rule-bloated analytical techniques really
brings home one of the cardinal rules of trading: K.I.S.S.

No wonder he doesn't trade!
