All this business with "My Wife Indicator" has got me confused. My Wife is
actually away for a few days and I am eagerly awaiting her return to see
whether I can make progress with her help.
My confusion is really quite basic. "If "My Wife Indicator" tells me
something is up!" as mentioned in your email - what should I do? After
all, it seems to me that I should be able to realise this myself without her
having to tell me.
Then again:"the higher the index, the more "interesting" and "intense" our
discussions get and most of all, the more emotional it gets. The energy has
a free flow!" I know, of course, that many words in US are different in
their meaning to those that we use here in the UK but, somehow, I feel that
I have not understood this at all - or, if I have, then it means something
quite odd.
It gets even more difficult: "So whenever I see "My Wife Indicator" changing
colour ..." What do I have to examine to establish this change of colour?
Then it really gets almost impossible for me to understand: "So we have a
very good bullish and bearish scenario and "My Wife Indicator" suggests that
we will find out which way we will go next week. So I suggest that you find
a good entry point (don't forget the stop) to catch the move." I did
learn quite a lot about this sort of thing at school and, recently, there
has been a lot of publicity about safety and all that. However, I really
cannot quite see which way we can go this week or next to be bullish and
bearish at the same time. If you can explain this further, it would be
most helpful. Don't worry about the entry point, I learnt that at school
too, and I expect that "stop" and "move" are just new American words - we
use others here. I thought that it might perhaps be connected with
"breakouts "on the wrong side" and "powerful movements in the direction of
the break out" but, as you so rightly say "this fact have not been covered
in any text book I have seen" so I have never been able to learn about it
either. Then, you say that this might be "why it works so well" - is this
some sort of "ignorance is bliss" thing?
Finally, you say: "I just know that something is up - My Wife just told me
so..." - there it is again! I probably should not ask this but maybe there
is some problem? I hope that it is not serious and that you will be
alright.
Please excuse my asking all these questions. Much of what is said on the
forum is really quite difficult to understand if you can only speak English
but there seemed to be so much important information in your message that I
felt that I had to know more.
Your reply will be of great interest to both my Wife and myself and we hope
that it will improve our whole attitude to investing and help us to avoid a
downward trend.
Thank you so much, in advance, for your help.
