RTs,

For those of you familiar with Linda Bradford Raschke and Larry Connors'
book, Street Smarts, I would like to point out a potential low risk
trade.

The Nasdaq made a 20 day high on 1/20/99 at 2474.38. Yesterday's close
was 2477.47--a new 20 day high (it has also been 4 days since the old 20
day high was set). If the Nasdaq trades below the old 20 day high
(2474.38), a Turtle Soup +1 sell signal will be given. Although they do
not recommend where to put a protective stop for this trade, a logical
place would be at this morning's high (the thinking being, if it is a
true reversal, it should not trade at this level).

This pattern is based on the fact that many "breakouts" are indeed,
"fakeouts". This is not a trade recommendation---just an observation.
