It's even more unusual than that -- a blue moon (fairly unusual) in
Jan, NO full moon (very unusual) in Feb, AND *another* blue moon in
March! The combination of 3 consecutive blue / no / blue months is
very rare. Hasn't happened in 30-40 years if I remember right.
