I am no legal expert, but I know for sure that your clients MUST pay the
exchange fees. What the real rip-off is, if they buy real CBOT data from
you and from Bridge, they must pay the real time fee TWICE. There is no
getting around this.
The key then is to try to come in at a lower price than the other guys.
The data seems to run from about $100/mo and on up. I suspect it would
be very hard to make money, as a startup, even with internet delivery,
at those price levels.
