<P>Here is another straw to add to the camel.</P>
<P>This is the Willspread, it is supposed to show when capitol is moving from a
"safe haven" (in this case Dec. Treasury Notes) into a security (this
security is the Dec. S&P500). As you can see from the massive upward
movement of late, the Spread has comparatively outstripped all of the previous
movement by about a third. Using the Willspread within an RSI format we have a
small divergence at this short term high. </P>
