He posted the .ela version; metastok is pretty simple too.
Ref(Mov(High, 3, Simple), -1);
Ref(Mov(Low, 3, Simple), -1);
They're pretty tight; tighter than parabolic SAR at the extreme end,
even. You can make it more loose by changing 3 to something larger.
Season to taste.
