1 - I also was impressed by the HL Camp study using the 1996 data;
unfortunately the methodology doesn't work as well (or at all) in other
years. But, I think the subject is worth investigating especially if most
folks tend to ignore it.
2 - The best P&F commodities text that I've found is Kermit Zieg's POINT
& FIGURE published by Traders Press.
