terminals too). This will get worse and fills will suffer.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>I started daytrading Spoos full time about 2 months ago
and am going onto my third brokerage firm. Here are my
comments:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>1st - futures Online was terrible!!! The CUBS unit
was always down, fill reporting was very slow, I never received confirmation
that a cancel/replace was done and got picked off.
recommendation: Dont trade through internet via Cubs if you are
daytrading.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>2nd - saul Stone has very knowledgeable
order desk and fills were excellent. I opened the account with $25 K
(their minimum for Spoos) and after taking some cash out and suffering some
losses, the account was about $15K, still sufficient to day trade according
to currrent margin requirements. I got a call this past Monday about
1/2 hour before the market opened telling me that an internal policy now
required the account to be at a $25K minimum per contract! I wired in
funds that afternoon and the next morning they did not show a record.
Only after a couple of hours and missed trading opportunities did they then
show the wire in. Today the account is being closed!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>I am going to try PMB and their online
brokerage. It appears to be completely different from Cubs
exectution. As a standbuy, I am opening an account at First
American. They appear to have a top notch operation but I am inclined
to try out PMB first.</FONT></DIV>

Word from my FCM and confirmed by a CME employee is that Globex2 is down and
the CME has fired up the original Globex system. We are sending all orders to
a Globex operator and have been told not to use TOPS to enter E-mini orders.
I don't know how other firms are handling this.
However, Internet traders should check with their brokerage firms about
trading the E-mini S&P to see if their systems will work considering this
change.
