The problem may be your broker. Reporting delays from NY are more frequent
than from the Chicago markets but over 30 years I have had few problem with
fills from the NY markets. You must keep in mind that most NY markets are
not a big (open interest and volume) so you must expect more slippage.
Also, I don't think they are crooks as another respondent claimed.
