Metastock conversion

RT'ers,

Anyone know where I can get a conversion program to 
convert ASCII files to Metastock files?  Or better yet ...how
can I convert Megatech Pro files to Metastock files?  

I have years of data in Megatech Pro file format and want 
to convert it to Metastock format.  Any suggestions?

I can convert Megatech to ASCII but have no way of 
converting ASCII to Metastock format (if this is the way
I have to do it).
