<P><B>Microsoft Corp. is urging Internet Explorer users to download
a patch from its Web site to circumvent a security problem that may
allow hackers to read files on unsuspecting users' computers.</B>
<P>The Cross Frame Navigate bug affects IE 3 and 4 running on most
versions of the Macintosh operating system as well as Windows 3.x,
95, 98, and NT, according to the company.

boobytrapped by malicious developers who have written code allowing
them to view specific files on the user's computer, the bug gets
triggered. But in order to read the files, the hacker must know
their specific name.
<P>Microsoft (Nasdaq:<A
href="http://www.zdii.com/industry_list_new.asp?mode=news&ticker=msft";>MSFT</A>)
said the bug was first discovered in late August by Georgi Guninski,
who's a 26-year-old Bulgarian according to his Web site.
<P>The company said it rushed to get out a patch before making the
bug public in order not to alert hackers before a fix was available.
<P>Microsoft is telling people who use the affected programs to
first download its Internet Explorer 4.01 and then get the patch
from the company's <A
href="http://www.microsoft.com/security/bulletins/ms98-013.htm";>Web
site</A>.
<P>A similar bug that allowed malicious hackers to track Web usage
surfaced in Internet Explorer 3 in August 1997, but later was fixed
through a patch and upgrade.

This is how I've tackled astrology. I always try to look at it from
the most simplistic view.
I always believe that the difficulty with any techniques is in how
you frame your questions, try to frame the questions into
only two possible outcome top or bottom, volatile or not volatile,
major or minor but do not attempt to combine all of these. If you
try to then you will find that you'll start to introduce too
many exceptions. An astrologer would say outright to you that
it cannot be reduced down to such simplistic terms but I beg to
defer.
The Zain Bradley, Bradley and Five Fold Horoscope attempts to
answer these questions in it's most simplistic form, top or bottom,
major or minor. The rules of trading using the Zain Bradley and
Five Fold Horoscope is very simple and straight forward
1. trade only in the direction predicted.
2. this rule which allows trading against the direction predicted
but only when the market is showing a clear trend into the date.
If market is in congestive mode only initiate trade in predicted
direction.
Because standard Bradley does not rank well in giving direction
when compared to Zain-Bradley and the Five Fold Horoscope you would
not use the rules above.
Traditional intepretation would have you apply many subjective
elements depending on the nature of the planets, houses, aspects
which makes it difficult for the average and most people to even
have any faith in this field. If you have been following some
of the developments in astrology, astrologers are still trying
to invent newer techniques that would give them better results just
like what has been happening to the field of technical analysis.
If they are unsatisfied with what they have it makes you think
whether anything in astrology is cast in stone.
