I don't have enough personal experience with CUBS to identify the frequency,
however I knew before switching to LeoWeb that outages were not infrequent,
which led me to make inquiries at the CME. They told me a whole new system with
much higher level of reliability will be deployed in August/September. More
information regarding CME electronic systems including CUBS and TOPS is
available on the CME web pages www.cme.com.

I have not used limit or stop orders with LeoWeb as I have not been using it
long and the S&P has not been conducive to establishing trending positions.
Given the excellent response, I've been comfortable using market orders to
handle my stops and exits over short periods of time. I haven't used c/r but
would not expect miracles if price is close to the existing order. That's why I
prefer to watch the position without an order in the market until it has proven
itself to have staying power before placing stop and exit orders in the market.
