Hi Guys
You're actually being quite harsh on the Rhythm Method.
I have had a look at it. It's a reasonably robust method
for the S&P. Has something new or at least an approach
I haven't seen elsewhere:
it defines the characteristics of the mkt not only according
to whether it is strong or weak but also how it should behave
during certain times of the day.
The rest of the approach is based on Fibo retracements
and certain indicators.
Ed also gives telephone support which I consider essential
to understanding someone else's method - I want to under
the beliefs and assumptions on which the approach is based.
Is it worth US$3000.00? (Price of course when I enquired).
Not for me. The reasons are:
* I knew about his slant on Fibo and the indicators
so I learnt nothing there.
* the time of day stuff was very interesting but did
not translate into the FX mkts I trade. In other
words I could not identify similar behavioral characteristics
to the ones found in the S&P; and I don't trade the S&Ps.
If he is now charging $15K, it definitely wouldn't be value for me.
regards
ray
