this is a good one..! hmmm, things like,
has system been tested on real trades , or simulation
over how long a period...?
i mean, i have managed a simulation on the sp500, with 1 (no scaling up)
single mini contract that has yielded around 25K in twelve months over
31 trades, avearge hold of trade around 8 days.... biggest intra day
draw down, around 2500, the figure spitted out for account size required
is $6587.00 , average trade win $860.
, ave. win/loss ratio 2.91 ,return on a'c of 388% sounds o.k. :)
Now whats that worth, jack i assume....
as it ignores globex( and the likely overnight turmoil my account might
suffer),
IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME THE NIGHTLY RANGE, DETAILS OF WHERE I CAN FIND IT,
then please do....even a ball park figure, 20, 30 points...????
i think you can learn alot trying to develop an existing system or
designing one of your own. (keeps me happy for hours)
if people are peddling a system i'd want loads of proof, before i parted
with cash,,, ie many years of actual trading results, not just simulations..
but... i have a single (my only copy of tech. analysis of stocks and
comms.there hard to come by in the U.K) and theres a company call CREATIVE
BREAKTHROUGH INC. and they are flogging a thing called %C-DT , and what
they offer is for you to lease the system, it says here, a trial lease
costs $125.00 for 31 days and its the full working system. its 100%
mechanical and never holds overnight. oh it trades sp500.. its average
$1265.00 per week profit, on one contract, max draw down $5,785.00
oh and just clocked the yearly outlay,, 495 per quarter, 895 semi annual,
or 1695 yearly,
NOW.... it sounds better to me you can lease for a relatively small
amount and see if it works out.....
PLEASE... I HAVE NO CONNECTIONS WITH THE COMPANY..... its just an add i
remembered.... any Traders tried it/use it......??
