I, like Troutman, am clueless about file converters.

My problem is to convert tick to odd time frame bars intraday into
ascii.
I have the Quotebutler which does down to 5 minute bars. I wanted to get
down to 3min..

Any suggestions other than gutting it with a spreadsheet?
