I wonder how the two are related in any way.  Theft involves the appropriation
of the property of another without their consent; trading is an exchange of
property under mutual consent.  If anything, the two are opposites.

As long as what is being sold is fully disclosed, there isn't any real
difference between this and other forms of service.  However, if fraud or
deception is involved, this would be another matter.
