The problem with bmi is that Signal bought them. Before that they were great
to deal with. I had a problem in that I cancelled an add on service last year.
A few months later they started billing me for it again. After several
discussions they never acknowledged the cancellation even though they had not
billed or it for several months. Finally I wrote and told them since they were
more expensive and had slower transmission than the competition, I would have
hoped they would try extra hard at customer service. I added, that since
Signal took over the organization provides very poor customer service and if
they did not fix it I would cancel.
I never heard from them again, until about 2 weeks later they cut off my
service entirely (although it was paid up to date), without any notice
whatever. Just unbelievable!!
