Ben's indicator penetrated the zero line on Monday. If past is prologue, then
we should be looking for a setup here for a rally of some significance. That
is of course if the Bull still is snorting. One thing about newh highs and
new lows is their movement is the fastest at the tops and bottoms of markets
during the acceleration of the turns in price. Today the new lows have made a
"new high" at 76.
