NO QUOTES AND NO TRADING> THE MAINFRAME DIDN'T COME UP UNTIL 8:52AM and
everything wasn't open to about 9:30. It was a mess. Systems described it as a
TPF problem. Technical mumbo jumbo for a broken computer.
