Best book I have read on the subject is
the chapter in Gallacher's boook
"Winner Take All .
The algorithmn there takes into consideration
the edge of the plan, volatility of the mkt
and diversification of the portfolio.
You can also allow for your personality by
increasing decreasing edge.
