Looks like Vidya indicator or something on the same philosophy. The
horizontal line is parallel to the up-down limits of the envelope, when
the envelope turns somewhat horizontal. Little risky tho. Probably
that's why he or she are using candlestix: for extra protection-trend
identification and forecast-anticipation. For more, read the S&C article
